MEET CASEY

Casey Barnette, a high level entrepreneur with a decade of health and fitness industry experience in sales growth, marketing, leadership, and building businesses.

Casey is a driven leader who has pioneered his lifestyle around his passion. Starting from a $9/hour employee, to owning and operating a seven figure brand.

“My goal is to generate the largest impact in others lives as possible, to help them achieve their dreams and live their passion. Everyone has dreams, bringing them to life is what I do.”

Hello

This is Casey Barnette

Casey’s success began in the supplement retail space as an hourly employee, learning the industry and how to maximize not only sales, marketing, raw materials, KPIs, but creating an impact on others. In under two years Casey became a District Manager for multi-unit management within his 27 location franchise, scaling the most lucrative stores across the nation. During this time he was able to build a large client base for online health coaching to help customers at a personal level.

Once the potential for growth was no longer presented within the supplement retailer in late 2016, he took on a larger role within an upcoming brand as Regional Sales Manager. Casey learned how to grow sales from a distribution level and support his trusted retailers. His drive and passion for the supplement industry was skyrocketing alongside his love for online coaching. Being able to connect on a personal level and having the freedom to operate on his own time was the final push needed to dive full force into entrepreneurship.

In 2018, Casey started his CaseyTrain coaching platform. What started as income sufficient to only pay the bills, scaled quickly to six figures within the first year. As 2018 came to a close, Casey partnered up to start his own supplement company in order to once again, provide top of the line supplements to his customers. The brands quickly grew, increasing Casey’s personal fulfillment in seeing others succeed through his guidance. Casey is a “walk the walk” kind of individual, therefore he put himself through years of grueling training and diets to compete as a bodybuilder himself. He competed in 6 bodybuilding shows, up to the national level, all within 2 years. Growing his brands, customers, and building his coaching community was the focus for the next 3 years.

In 2021, Casey decided it was time to take the supplement company into full ownership for his vision. He sold his shares and exited his first supplement company January of 2021. A terrifying, yet necessary move. In February of 2021, he launched a new, redesigned, rebranded, and reformulated supplement company in which he would be making all of the decisions. The brand grew like a wild fire and scaled from two skus to 14 within 18 months. Regaining his retail space and earning more e-commerce traffic by the day. Casey upgraded his manufacturing capabilities, fulfillment and warehousing, along with bringing on new account managers to scale further. During this time, CaseyTrain was hitting record numbers every month and his clients had earned multiple Pro Cards across different bodybuilding organizations.

During the largest growth phase of Casey‘s career in May of 2021, he was hospitalized for liver failure and developed multiple DVT blood clots. This put him in a wheelchair and prevented any physical training to occur for months. A chapter that would change his life forever. The hospitalization and time in recovery didn’t stop him from pushing and growing the brands though. Casey was handling business in the ER. With years of building a strong customer base, community, business relationships, and professional communication, he continued to operate at full capacity and sky rocketed the brands. Within a year of the hospitalization not only were his brands still hitting record numbers, but he had rebuilt his physique.

Rebuilding his physique was a journey in itself. His drive continued to show others every single day what is possible through hard work, resilience, and consistency. Casey remained persistent to become better everyday and continued leading by example. He walked the walk even without bodybuilding show dates or competitions in mind. His perspective of being the “face” of the brand shifted to being the best version of himself in order to bring out the best in others. His competitive bodybuilding days were over, with much more fulfillment in seeing others achieve their goals. The level of impact continued to grow larger and larger in more ways than he could have imagined.

Today, Casey continues his pursuit in impacting others through his brands. His motivation inspires his clients, customers, and community to achieve their dreams and live out their passions.
